This site was originally created as a hobby of mine while I was attending college in New Jersey. Since graduating in 2003, I have not lived in the great Garden State, and my ability to continue this site was compromised by that handicap. In addition, my interests diverted my time to other website projects not involving roads. For these reasons, the New Jersey Expressways and Tollways site has been essentially unchanged since 2003. At this time I have no plans to initiate significant updates, though with the loss of the original domain name njfreeways.com in October 2012, I will attempt to gradually correct any broken pages and images which refer to the old web address.
