Here, the signalized arterial Central Jersey Expressway Extension (NJ 138) westbound transitions to the full freeway Central Jersey Expressway (NJ 138) westbound as it passes the last traffic light at Allenwood Road. | This is the beginning of the NJ 138 section of the Central Jersey Expressway eastbound at Valley Drive (NJ 34) in Wall Township. Here, the eastbound I-195 designation along the Central Jersey Expressway becomes the eastbound NJ 138 designation. However, as can be seen the exit numbering system remains that of I-195. | This is the Central Jersey Expressway (NJ 138) westbound at Exit 36(North Garden State Parkway) in Wall Township. While the NJ 138 section of the Central Jersey Expressway is less than one mile long, it forms and important connector between the Garden State Parkway (NJ 444) and the I-195 section of the expressway. The "Exit 36" is an extension of I-195's exit numbering. Filmed July 1, 2001. |

| This is the Central Jersey Expressway (NJ 138) eastbound at Exit 36(North Garden State Parkway) in Wall Township. The Garden State Parkway (NJ 444) overpass is just ahead. Despite its very short length as a full freeway, the NJ 138 section of the Central Jersey Expressway forms an important link between the I-195 section of the Central Jersey Expressway and the Garden State Parkway (NJ 444). The "traffic light ahead" sign on the left signals the approaching end of the freeway. Filmed July 1, 2001. |
