This is the beginning of the Phillipsburg-Newark Expressway, I-78 east, as it crosses the Delaware River, coming from Pennsylvania into Pohatcong Township, New Jersey. The trees ahead are on the New Jersey bank of the river. The bridge is actually maintained by the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commision, and not part of the expressway. Filmed July 1, 1999.
