This is the beginning of the Union Freeway, I-278 west, just east of exits 2(I-95, New Jersey Turnpike) and 1(NJ 439, To North US 1&9, Bayway Avenue, Elizabeth) in Elizabeth, which are simultaneous going west.  Filmed July 27, 1999.
