Tonight...Snow and sleet early in the evening...changing to freezing rain late in the evening...and then changing to rain after midnight.  Total snow accumulation 1 to 2 inches.  Lows in the upper 20s.  Temperature rising after midnight.  East winds 5 to 10 mph.  Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

*Flood Watch in effect from Wednesday morning through Thursday morning*
