STORM DESCRIPTION
A light burst of snow blanketed central New Jersey.
Synoptic Discussion
A cold front moved southwards through New Jersey on the morning of the
26th. A band of light snow developed over Ohio and western
Pennsylvania and spread east southeastwards across central and southern
New Jersey.
Local Discusion
The snow began across central sections of the state around dawn on the
26th, and temperatures fell from around the freezing mark to the middle
20's during the precipitation. Snow ended early in the afternoon
hours. Accumulations were around 1 inch in Mercer County and an
inch or less elsewhere.
